On April 3, 2020, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Willie Starks, B/M age 28, of Bellamy, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Cocaine-Possess
One (1) Count of Marijuana-Possess
One (1) Count of Amphetamine-Possess
One (1) Count of Drug Paraphernalia-2nd Offense
He was processed and later release on Bond.
