On January 31, 2020, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Xavier Jamal Elmore, B/M age 20, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
Two (2) Count of Rape Second Degree
Three (3) Count of Sodomy Second Degree
One (1) Count of Menacing
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
