On November 16, 2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Cedric Joe Haywood, B/M age 43, of Gallion, Alabama for the following charge.
One (1) Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
