On November 16, 2019, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Hakeem Dominique Powell, B/M age 27, of Eutaw, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Drug Paraphernalia-2nd Offense
One (1) Count of Failure to Obey a Police Officer
One (1) Count of Marijuana-Possess
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
