On January 1, 2019,Investigators of the Demopolis Police Department arrested Willie Burrell Howell II, B/M age 19, of Forkland, Alabama for the following charge:
One (1) Count of Terrorist Threat
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center with no bond.
