On October 18, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested William J. Foster, B/M age 39, of Bridgeport, CT for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Endangering Welfare of Child
One (1) Probation Violation
One (1) Count of Rape First Degree
One(1) Count of Rape 2nd Degree - Statutory
He was processed and later transported to the Marengo County Detention Center waiting a Bond Hearing.
