On July 2, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested Kirk Douglas Rowser, B/M age 52, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charge:
One (1) Count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.
He was processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center of a Bond.
