On July 2, 2018, the Demopolis Police Department arrested James Everett Bailey, B/M age 46, of Demopolis, Alabama for the following charges:
One (1) Count of Distribution of a Controlled Substance
One (1) Count of Marijuana-Possess.
He was processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center of a Bond.
